Gentle Motion was started by Moshe Schwartz, certified personal trainer, nutritionist and Fascial Stretch Therapist. His team of trainers are dedicated to providing effective, efficient, and, most importantly, safe exercise programs, customized to each individual’s needs.

Specializing in injury rehab and prevention, and with a dedicated focus on post natal fitness, seniors’ health and fitness, and fascial stretch therapy (FST), Moshe and his team can help improve range of motion, mood, and flexibility through their personalized fitness programs.
